My Approach & Values
- Gentle, safe, non-judgemental, person-centred
- Focused on your goals, working alongside you
- Tailored approach to each person, drawing from a range of psychologies and methods and considering how you like to work (talking, writing, creating, etc.)
- Holistic approach, considering how activities outside of therapy can support your goals and wellness
- Flexible slots offered, weekly, biweekly or otherwise as agreed
How I’ve Worked with Others
- Helping people to see their own worth, set boundaries and build healthier relationships
- Working with people to understand thoughts and feelings, how to process them, and how to have more choices about their reactions and decisions
- Using grounding techniques, journalling and talk therapy to help people to become more physically healthy and also to improve sleep, mental wellbeing and move forward with purpose
- Supporting people in grief through compassionate listening; helping them to learn how to live with grief in their lives; supporting them to find meaning, purpose and connection after loss
- Using a life path to consider choices, obstacles and outcomes for major life decisions
- Using the flash technique and EMDR to process painful memories
- Incorporating writing, exercise, nature, yoga and other mediums to help people heal inside and outside our sessions
I Work With Individuals & Organisations.

Online Therapy
Online therapy is available from the comfort of your own home or office.

Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk therapy offers a gentle way to talk, side by side, grounded by nature.

Organisational Support
help others to build and nurture person-centred teams founded on authenticity, purpose, trust and care for each other – leading to happy, high performing, supportive teams.

Walk and Talk Therapy
- Walking creates a gentle environment for sharing, especially when you’re side by side, rather than directly opposite each other.
- Being in nature helps ground us, and is a form of healing. We can use the sounds, sights, smells to calm ourselves if we experience overwhelm.
- I’m on an actual “journey” with my clients. Physical movement helps create unique psychological shifts.
- Walking in nature is a form of EMDR (and is how EMDR was discovered), meaning the left – right eye movements used while walking are natural ways to process feelings, thoughts, memories and trauma.
- Walking increases serotonin levels, which makes us feel better.
- Walking provides opportunities to glimpse moments of awe.
